When you look outside the top-six, Wolves have had one of the most exciting seasons in recent memory (aside from Leicester 2015-16 of course).

Wolves are currently in seventh place with vital matches ahead in the next month – Chelsea away and a pair of home ties against Manchester United, including the FA Cup quarter-final.

Breakout Premier League star Raúl Jiménez believes he and Diogo Jota have what it takes to get the job done.

“I expect to score more goals but we need to help the team get wins, which is the most important thing.

“But when we are on the pitch doing passes, we know where the other player is. We enjoy playing football and we have to keep doing it all match.

“They were very good goals against Cardiff. It was pass, move, pass, move — it was amazing. We can do this type of goals in more games.

“Diogo and I have training sessions and play on the pitch together.

“Him and I are having a good relationship. I assist him and he assists me in so many games, it’s a good part of the team.”

“I’m enjoying it. I love being here, we are making very good things — quarter-finals of the FA Cup and in seventh position, it’s very good for us.

“We know we can do more, but we go game by game, looking forward.”

Wolves will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
