Ralf Rangnick is expected to add some of his staff to Manchester United's backroom team.

The Manchester Evening News says United anticipate the current coaching staff members will remain at the club as Rangnick prepares to take over as interim manager.

United confirmed the appointment of Rangnick as interim manager until the end of the season before he undertakes a two-year consultancy role.

Club sources have indicated Rangnick could be joined by a handful of staff members but United are not expecting any more imminent outgoings from the coaching department.

Lars Kornetka was described by Rangnick as ' the best video analyst we have in Germany' and joined the German at Lokomotiv Moscow earlier this year. Christian Mockel was appointed as Lokomotiv's head of scouting by Rangnick.
