Rangers' clash with Dundee has once again been postponed after a pitch inspection, just hours before it was due to kick off.

The Scottish Premiership tie had already been postponed once before the international break, and was due to be replayed this evening, with Rangers having the chance to go back to the top of the table with a win.

However, though an 11am pitch inspection passed the pitch as playable at Dens Park, heavy rain was expected and it duly arrived. As a result, a second pitch inspection at 3.30pm left the referee Don Robertson of the view that it was not safe or fit to play on.

It is the second time that the game has been called off, and it remains to be seen when they will be able to rearrange it between now and the end of the Scottish Premiership season.
