Second placed Rangers travelled to Easter Road to take on Hibs with Michael Beale’s men hoping to stay on Celtic’s tail.

It was the home side who took the lead after only eight minutes as Connor Goldson struck into his own net.

But the Gers were level within four minutes as captain James Tavernier fired home from the penalty spot.

Rangers were in complete ascendancy now and they got their noses in front just after the half hour mark as Colak knocked in Fashion Sakala’s cross.

Into the second half and the visitors hit their stride as Fashion bagged on 52 minutes to open up a two-goal lead.

And then Colak scored his second of the game with the Glasgow side now on auto-pilot.
