Rangers held at home by Celtic, whom Glasgow City move level on points with in the ScottishPower Women’s Premier League.

Rangers came from behind to draw with Celtic in front of over 4,000 fans at Ibrox, to retain a four-point lead at the top of the league. Amy Gallacher set up Liverpool loanee Natasha Flint to give Celtic the lead at the start of the second half, Mia McAuley coming off the bench to level in the 70th minute with her first touch.

Glasgow City’s 3-0 win at Motherwell put them level on points with second-placed Celtic, Lauren Davidson netting a double and forcing an own-goal from Bailey Collins.

Hearts went fourth on goal-difference when beating Montrose 5-0, Megan Bell firing them ahead with a free kick before the 65th-minute dismissal of Neve Guthrie led to four more goals. Danni Findlay doubled the advantage, Sade Adamoleku struck twice and Emma Brownlie headed a late fifth.

Hibernian are just below Hearts despite going ahead at Partick with a Demi Falconer own-goal, Rachel Donaldson heading Thistle level with six minutes left.

Dundee United are only ahead of the bottom two on goals scored after letting slip a 3-1 lead at Aberdeen to lose the seven-goal thriller. Morgan Steedman bagged a brace before Bayley Hutchison replied for the Dons, Steedman then winning a penalty which Rachel Todd converted. An Eilidh Shore header and  Hannah Stewart spot-kick levelled the score, with Shore’s second in stoppage-time the decider.

Hamilton Academical looked set to escape the bottom two when leading Spartans with a Chloe Muir effort, only for Hannah Jordan to deny them victory at the death.

Boroughmuir Thistle 1-3 Gartcairn Glasgow Women 0-0 Livingston Kilmarnock 10-0 Stirling University Queen’s Park 5-0 St Johnstone

Queen’s Park put five past St Johnstone to stay ten points clear at the top, second-placed Kilmarnock notched double-figures against Stirling University with Georgina McTear registering a hat-trick. Glasgow Women held third-placed Livingston to a goalless draw, Gartcairn got off the bottom at the expense of Stirling with a good 3-1 result at Boroughmuir Thistle.
