Winger Óscar Cortés has signed an extension to his loan deal with Rangers which includes an obligation to buy, the club have announced.
The 20-year-old arrived in January from Ligue 1 side Lens and played seven times and scored once before suffering an injury which ended his season.
However, Philippe Clement and co. have moved quickly to ensure that he will remain at Ibrox long-term.
Following the conclusion of his latest loan deal in the summer of 2025, Cortés will then sign a four-year contract.
Throughout his injury, the Colombian remained in Glasgow to do his rehabilitation work.
