Former Chelsea midfielder Ramires, in China since 2016, is willing to return to playing football in his native Brazil.

After an extensive international career, which included two World Cup appearances in 2010 and 2014, Ramires must rescind his contract with China’s Jangsu Suning after they failed to register him for this season.

In recent days, Ramires has been rumoured to be heading to Brazilian giants São Paulo, Flamengo, or Cruzeiro. However, he may return to European football, as there is still a market for the 31-year-old Brazilian.

On vacation in Joinville, Ramires has spoken with numerous Brazilian clubs, according to his agent, Luis Carlini.

After making his professional debut with Brazilian side Joinville in 2006, Ramires starred for Cruzeiro, which led him to being transferred to Benfica. He was then sold to Chelsea, where he played for six seasons before leaving England for China.
