According to the French news outlet Sports Zone, Ralf Rangnick has rejected the chance to become the next Bayern Munich manager.

Despite, guiding Bayern to a Champions League semi-final, performances have been worrying for the former Bundesliga champions under Tuchel, which left the manager ending all speculation earlier in the season when he announced he would be leaving at the end of the current campaign.

The search for the next manager has seen a long list of rumoured appointments with Zinedine Zidane and Xabi Alonso featuring heavily in the speculation.

Sports Zone believes that Bayern will now turn to Sebastian Hoeneß, the current coach of VfB Stuttgart, who has had an impressive season with the club having guided his team into a spot in next season’s Champions League.
