Barcelona midfielder Rafinha is on the verge of joining Celta Vigo on a season-long loan.
Rafinha was told earlier in the summer that he was surplus to requirements at Camp Nou but has had to wait until the very last day of the window to secure his move.

Marca say that the 26-year-old is currently in Vigo and has agreed personal terms with the Celeste.
