Paris Saint-Germain have completed the signing of Rafinha Alcântara on a free transfer from Barcelona, with €3m in variables included in the deal.
Barça are also understood to have retained 35% of any future fee for the midfielder.

Rafinha spent last season on loan at Celta Vigo having spent the second half of 2018/19 on loan at Inter.
The Brazil international came through the youth system at Camp Nou and made 90 first-team appearances for the club.
He becomes PSG’s third signing of transfer deadline day following the arrivals of Moise Kean on loan from Everton and Danilo Pereira on loan from Porto.
