After netting her first-ever World Cup goal, the 31-year-old was seen kissing her wristband with the word ‘Dad’ on it.

Daly lost her father, Martyn, in September 2021.

“He was the reason I played football, going back to birth really,” the England star has previously said.

“I don’t think I’d have got that passion for the game if it wasn’t for him.”
