TalkSPORT presenter Sam Matterface has opened up on what he’s seen Behdad Eghbali do when he’s been in the tunnel at Stamford Bridge.

Todd Boehly and Egbahli are very much a point of conversation right now given the reports of how their relationship has deteriorated to the point they want to buy each other out.

At this stage it appears the only way Boehly might remain at Chelsea is if he just accepts the direction the club is going in.

Matterface reveals what he’s seen Eghbali do at Stamford Bridge

Boehly and Egbhali were often seen together at Chelsea games in the early days of the takeover, but Eghbali is now the one who very much attends most games.

Eghbali seems to be vey hands on and almost comes across like he wants to micro manage everything, whereas Boehly is thought to want to allow people to get on with their jobs.

The owners have been spotted many times heading into the dressing room after games and Eghbali does seem to have a real presence about him.

Boehly and Eghbali are thought to barely be on speaking terms after their relationship deteriorated.

In a conversation with former Blue Scott Minto, Matterface revealed when he’s been at Stamford Bridge he has seen Eghbali storm up and down the tunnel.

“Having been at the ground, and you have been there too, I have noticed when I am in the tunnel that the reverence to Eghbali is quite high,” he told talkSPORT.

“And Eghbali will storm up and down the tunnel, get involved in whatever, and he will go past us and sometimes he will go into the dressing room himself.”
