Christian Pulisic is finding his feet with Milan, and his latest goal against Slavia Prague in the Europa League has seen the USMNT captain create a bit of career history for himself.
Having gone down to 10 men when Tomas Holes received a straight red, the Czechs were up against it and Pulisic got the first of Milan’s three goals in the 34th minute with a lovely strike.
After some intricate team passing, he received the ball from Rafael Leão inside the box, shimmied inside and slipped the ball into the net with a low left-footed shot.
It made it three games in a row in which the 25-year-old has netted, which is the first time he has done so in a career that has seen play for some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
As the stats show, Pulisic is loving life in Milan. It would be a shock if he didn’t sign on a permanent basis this summer.
