PSV Eindhoven are reportedly still interested in the services of Lazio winger Loum Tchaouna who has been underwhelming this season.

The 21-year-old rose through the ranks of Stade Rennais before making a name for himself in Serie A in his solitary campaign at Salernitana. His exploits in Salerno earned him an €8-million move to the Italian capital last summer, but he hasn’t been able to impress at the Stadio Olimpico thus far.

The attacker has only scored two goals and provided a single assist in 36 appearances in all competitions, with the majority coming off the bench. Therefore, Lazio would be willing to part ways with Tchaouna for the right offer.

PSV Eindhoven to Launch New Onslaught for Loum Tchaouna

According to Calciomercato, PSV could rekindle their interest in the youngster next summer after pursuing him in January. As the source explains, the Dutch giants made an attempt to sign the France U21 starlet in mid-season, but only offered a loan with an option to buy, while Lazio were determined to add an obligation to buy.

The Asking Price

While the two clubs failed to find common ground in January, the situation could change in the summer, as PSV could have the means to satisfy the Aquile’s demands. The report believes Lazio’s asking price is circa €10 million.
