kicker reports that PSV Eindhoven have thrown their hat in the ring for Union Berlin wing-back Robin Gosens as he edges towards the exit door in Köpenick.
Gosens has been linked with a move away from Union for most of the summer with Torino showing interest at some point, but PSV are said to be the next club, to offer a potential exit.
The arrival of Tom Rothe from Borussia Dortmund for €5m suggests that Union are happy to allow Gosens to leave despite only joining the club last summer as Jérôme Roussillon is also still at the club.
The 30-year-old has a contract at Union until 2028 and is valued at €12m by transfermarkt. A return to Germany last summer for €13m was meant to help Gosens maintain his place in the German national team ahead of EURO 2024, however, the left-back found himself in a struggling Union side and he subsequently lost his place in the Germany squad to David Raum and Maximilian Mittelstädt.
