Neymar (31) and Sergio Ramos (36) have both returned to the PSG squad that will take on Marseille tomorrow in a mouth-watering Coupe de France last-16 tie, the club has announced. Neymar made his return to PSG training yesterday, following a week-long absence with muscle fatigue which saw him miss out on wins against Montpellier (3-1) and Toulouse (2-1). The Brazilian underwent ankle surgery last month following his injury in the World Cup group stage. Sergio Ramos returns to training this Tuesday after being sidelined with an adductor injury, coming off against Montpellier. Argentine World Cup winner Lionel Messi (35), who was rested in previous PSG cup ties, is expected to start against Les Phocéens.

Injured and subbed off against Toulouse, Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches (25) will miss the upcoming Classique, as will French international Presnel Kimpembe. The centre-back is nearing a return to full fitness after missing over two months with an Achilles injury suffered against Brest in September which kept him out not only of the PSG squad but also the France squad for the 2022 World Cup. Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe (24) is injured with a thigh strain and is not expected to feature for Les Parisiens for another two weeks, making him unavailable for the Champions League last-16 first leg tie against Bayern Munich next week.
