PSG’s interest in Chelsea and Arsenal target Victor Osimhen cools | OneFootball

According to a report from L’Équipe, Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in Napoli forward Victor Osimhen (25) has cooled with no advancements in the move to take the Nigerian forward to the Parc des Princes.

It is expected that Osimhen will leave Napoli this summer, although his future destination remains unclear. He continues to be linked with a move to the Premier League, notably to Arsenal and Chelsea. L’Équipe report that Premier League sides, without revealing the exact clubs, are making efforts to advance a deal to sign Osimhen, unlike PSG, whose interest has seemingly cooled.

Wanting to place trust in Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani, both of whom were signed for considerable sums last summer, discussions with Napoli, neither with Osimhen’s entourage, truly took off and in recent weeks, there has been no progress.

PSG will be looking to replace Kylian Mbappé this summer, after the France captain’s move to Real Madrid was confirmed on Monday, however, Osimhen seemingly won’t be that replacement.
