PSG’s Danilo nearing Saudi Arabia move | OneFootball

Whilst Danilo Pereira (32) has been a useful squad player in recent seasons, it has been made clear that he is now out of the picture at Paris Saint-Germain. He was one of several players put in the “loft” over the summer, and whilst the Portugal international couldn’t find a new club before the closure of the transfer window in Europe’s top five leagues, he is now nearing a move to Saudi Arabia, as per a report from Fabrizio Romano.

Danilo has not featured for PSG this season, and the prospect of him doing so at any point this season was slim, especially following the arrival of Willian Pacho. Having been invited to leave PSG, Romano understands that the centre-back is now set to sign for Al-Ittihad with talks to sign the player “advanced”.

Discussions are at the final stage and will have to be concluded quickly with the transfer window in Saudi Arabia closing later on Monday.
