After qualifying for the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League last week against Real Sociedad, Paris Saint-Germain now hope to reach the semi-final stage of France's domestic cup competition against OGC Nice at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday evening.
Olympique Lyonnais and Valenciennes booked their spot in the semi-finals of the Coupe de France in previous weeks, whilst the winner of this tie will face Stade Rennais for a spot in the final.
Les Parisiens were held by Stade de Reims (2-2) this weekend in Ligue 1 Uber Eats, during an underwhelming performance by Luis Enrique's men. OGC Nice, meanwhile, continue to slip down the league table following a home defeat to Montpellier at home last Friday (1-2). Fransesco Farioli's side have now only taken two points from their last six games and sit sixth in the table after challenging PSG at the top earlier this season.
Can OGC Nice re-create 2022 triumph over PSG?
Whilst Les Aiglons have not won the Coupe de France since 1997, they reached the final of France's historic cup competition in 2022. During their run to the final, they beat Paris in the last 16 on penalties at the Parc des Princes - but they were ultimately defeated by FC Nantes in the final at the Stade de France later that Spring.
