It is clear that Paris Saint-Germain are looking to create a more youthful project post-Kylian Mbappé (25). Les Parisiens are being linked increasingly frequently with young prospects and AC Milan’s Francesco Camarda, who celebrated his 16th Birthday on Sunday.

After impressing with AC Milan’s youth sides, Camarda has made the step up to the first team this season, making two substitute appearances in Serie A. Having turned 16 on 10th March, the forward is now allowed to sign his first professional deal, however, with whom he signs currently remains a mystery.

Formative club AC Milan are the frontrunners to retain Camarda, however, according to Foot Mercato, they may have to contend with significant competition from across Europe. As well as Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Borussia Dortmund, PSG are interested in the Italian youth international, whilst in Italy, Inter Milan and Juventus, who could be quite aggressive in their approach, are also interested.

AC Milan have already opened talks regarding a professional contract, according to Foot Mercato, however, the Rossoneri wish to postpone the signature of any deal until the summer, at which point Camarda will be able to sign a three-year deal, rather than a two-and-a-half-year deal, as would be the case if he signed imminently. Camarda, however, wants his contract situation clarified more imminently.
