Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly targeting a summer move for Paulo Dybala to replace Edinson Cavani.
Cavani has been linked with a move to Atlético Madrid despite another prolific season, and Dybala is seen as the perfect high-profile signing to continue their project.
According to Paris United, the Juventus forward initially asked his agent to meet with Real Madrid in March, but negotiations did not get far.
The report also claims that new PSG coach Thomas Tuchel has requested a player with Dybala’s characteristics.
The 24-year-old found himself increasingly pushed to the sidelines this season, as he didn’t necessarily fit into Max Allegri’s tactics.
Nonetheless, La Joya still scored 26 goals, assisting a further seven in 46 competitive games for the Bianconeri.
