Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique will be in the French capital for the long term, and now the Spanish manager can continue to mold the squad into his vision, which might mean securing a more suitable No. 9.

Gonçalo Ramos has been injured, and while Randal Kolo Muani is the only striker on the PSG squad, Enrique has often decided to use a false No. 9 rather than relying on the Frenchman at times.

Kolo Muani reportedly being proposed to Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United could mean the end of the Frenchman’s time in Paris.

Moreover, Enrique might already be eyeing a striker. Fichajes reports that PSG remain focused on strengthening its attacking lineup, and Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martínez is at the top of Enrique’s wishlist.

The Ligue 1 side are ready to make another push to bring Martínez to Paris, optimistic that they can finally secure his signature with an enticing offer.

Currently earning around €10 million a year at Inter Milan, PSG believes they can surpass that figure, luring the player with a more lucrative salary and an ambitious sporting project.

Last month, Chelsea, who also whiffed on landing a striker this past summer, are reportedly linked to the Argentine.

A month ago, there was a report that the West London club is ready to offer Inter Milan an exchange deal that includes Benoit Badiashile, Carney Chukwuemeka, and Mykhailo Mudryk to secure the signing of the Argentinian World Cup winner.
