Ousmane Dembélé is expected to start on the bench when Paris Saint-Germain face Inter Miami on Sunday evening in the Round of 16 in the FIFA Club World Cup.

Dembélé was injured on France duty earlier this month and consequently missed the entire group stage of the Club World Cup. Despite a defeat to Botafogo in the second game, PSG progressed comfortably. There was hope that Dembélé would return and, whilst he has been training with the first team all week, L’Équipe expects Désiré Doué to lead the line with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Bradley Barcola on the wings.

There are no absences for PSG heading into the game against Inter Miami, although Marquinhos, João Neves, and Fabián Ruiz would all be suspended in the event that they receive a yellow card and progress to the quarter-finals.
