According to Foot Mercato, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Ayman Kari (18) is at the centre of a transfer battle as the winter transfer window approaches its end. Kari recently signed a professional contract with PSG until 2025, but has been hindered by injuries and is now facing competition for a spot in the starting lineup.

As a result, both Kari’s entourage and PSG are said to be in discussions for a potential loan move in the winter transfer window. Many European clubs have expressed interest in the talented young player, including RB Salzbourg and Hertha Berlin. However, now a Ligue 1 club has reportedly taken the lead in the race for Kari, who is said to prefer a move within France.

While Kari has yet to break into the first team at PSG, he is considered one of the club’s top talents and is a regular member of the team’s elite group, training regularly with stars such as Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar. He also had a strong 2021-2022 season with PSG’s U19 team, helping them qualify for the knockout stage of the Youth League and earning the title of “Titi d’Or”, the best youth player at the club.
