Alessandro Florenzi, Colin Dagba, and Thilo Kehrer are the only players that see minutes at right-back. Furthermore, the 30-year-old Florenzi is on loan from AS Roma, and there’s no discussion as to whether he will remain in the French capital past this season.

Nonetheless, Les Parisiens would like to strengthen that position, and they could do so with a familiar name. According to Le Parisien, PSG wants to bring back Serge Aurier this summer.

Aurier doesn’t only have a connection with the capital club when it comes to a possible return. Manager Mauricio Pochettino brought the 28-year-old to Tottenham Hotspur in 2017.

The right-back has one more year left on his contract, and if Tottenham doesn’t feel as though they want to keep him long-term, they could look to secure a transfer sum.

During the 2020-21 season, Aurier has made 23 appearances for Tottenham and is averaging 84 minutes per game in Premier League competition.
