Paris Saint-Germain have contacted the entourage of Paulo Dybala regarding a possible transfer this summer.
That’s according to a report from French outlet RMC Spot on Friday night, who claim PSG sporting director Leonardo believes Dybala represents an excellent marketing opportunity for the club and that the Argentine striker would be interested in moving to the French capital.
According to their information, the 25-year-old is surplus to requirements at Juventus and could be available for as little as €50m.
However, negotiations for Dybala would be entirely separate from any potential deal taking Neymar to the Serie A champions, as was rumoured earlier this week when Rai Sport journalist Paolo Paganini claimed that Neymar’s father is set to travel to Turin for a meeting with Juve sporting director Fabio Paratici.
If Neymar does leave the Parc des Princes this summer, his most likely destination is former club Barcelona, who Sky Germany claim have made an offer to PSG of €100m plus two players.
However, the Ligue 1 champions are understood to be determined to recoup most, if not all, of the world record €222m they spent on the 27-year-old two summers ago.
It seems highly fanciful that Juventus would enter the party and rival Barça for the Brazilian’s signature at this late stage, but stranger things have happened.
Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo in the same team. Imagine that!
Dybala and Kylian Mbappé wouldn’t be a bad striking duo either, mind.
