Paris Saint-Germain have equalled a record that has been held in France for a massive 82 years.
Thomas Tuchel’s side claimed their eighth straight league victory as they brushed aside Nice 3-0 on Saturday.
In doing so, they achieved a feat which has only been managed once before, by Lille during the 1936/37 season.
Chasing a sixth title in seven seasons, the Ligue 1 giants can beat the record should they claim a ninth straight victory when they host Lyon next Sunday.
Neymar scored a brace in their last win, and should he show similar form, you wouldn’t bet against PSG writing their name into the history books.
