Paris Saint-Germain faced another setback in their title defence after losing 2-0 to Monaco at the Parc des Princes.
Goals from Sofiane Diop and Guillermo Maripán were enough to secure victory for the high-flying visitors.
Scorers: Diop 6′, Maripán 51′
Monaco were ahead after just five minutes when Ruben Aguilar squared for Sofiane Diop to head home from close range.
Idrissa Gueye almost equalised with a rasping shot from range, before Kevin Volland tested Keylor Navas with a sharp left-footed drive.
The hosts struggled to create chances after half time and it was Monaco who doubled their lead thanks to a cultured finish from Guillermo Maripán.
Benjamin Lecomte was at his best to deny Moise Kean moments later with PSG finally showing some spark, although Volland was inches away from making it three.
Kean went close again for the Parisians but Monaco held out for an impressive three points – leaving them two points behind PSG in third.
