As reported by L’Équipe, PSG have decided to ban the ultra group Ferveur Parisienne (also called 411) from the stands for tonight’s game with Rennes and the Champions League last 16 first-leg tie with Real Madrid next week.

Four members of 411 were banned from all Parisian stadiums after their involvement in the violent scenes at halftime during Paris FC’s Coupe de France tie with Lyon which resulted in the game’s abandonment and both teams being expelled from the competition.

This ban is PSG’s direct response to those incidents as several members of the group, who are also linked to Collectif Ultras Paris (CUP), a major PSG ultra group, were involved in the violence at Stade Charléty in December. As a result, Ferveur Parisienne, as a whole, will not be able to take their usual place in the Virage Auteuil at the Parc des Princes for the next two games and is it unclear for how much longer afterward.
