Paris Saint-Germain could sell off the naming rights of the Parc des Princes in a lucrative sponsorship deal.
That’s according to ESPN, who report that the French champions are looking at ways of bringing in more revenue and adding a sponsors name to their stadium is one of the options on the table.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has reportedly been open to the idea for a while and last week, he told French outlet Le Parisien that the idea is currently under consideration.
“It is something that we are considering,” said Al-Khelaifi.
“All clubs have a naming deal these days.”
The club are also considering expanding their home ground from its current capacity of 47,929.
Last month, PSG signed a shirt sponsorship deal with AccorHotels which is understood to be one of the four most lucrative deals in European football.
The agreement – which comes into effect from the 2019/20 season onwards – will be almost double their previous deal with Emirates and see them earn more than Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Tottenham.
