During the semi-final match against Real Madrid, FC Bayern fans vent their displeasure. A banner is displayed in the south curve with which the supporters clearly oppose the recently leaked home kit. The main issue is the shirt colours, which are likely to deviate from the classic Bayern red once again.

During the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid, Bayern fans protested against the new Munich kit that the players and therefore also the fans of the German record champions will be wearing in the 2024/25 season.

The fans in the south curve criticised the choice of colours, which are not intended to represent the tradition of the German record champions.

„A stadium in red, a team in red and white! End jersey experiments – keep your promises,“ read the banner displayed in the south curve of the Allianz Arena. Although FCB itself has not yet unveiled the new home kit, leaks from the online portal footyheadlines were already making the rounds at the end of March. The well-informed portal has already been able to publicise the Munich team’s jersey designs several times in the past.

No white accents in the home jersey

A video of winger Leroy Sané in the new kit also emerged. In contrast to this season’s home kit, the jersey will once again be mainly red, but the logo and stripes will have a dark brown colour. Bayern fans, who have already spoken out in favour of classic red and white shirts in the past, do not seem to like this at all.

As in previous years, Munich are expected to wear the new kit in the last home game of the season. The jersey would therefore be unveiled on 12 May in the penultimate clash of the season against VfL Wolfsburg.
