A mature display sees Zanchetta's Inter Primavera return from Cremona with three points following a narrow, but deserved win. Away to Cremonese, the Nerazzurri won 1-0 thanks to De Pieri's penalty in the very early stages of the game. It was an intense match, played with character and great defensive attention, especially in the latter stages as Calligaris secured the win with a decisive save. The deadlock was broken straight away: Mosconi was brought down in the area by Zilio and the referee had no doubts when pointing the spot. De Pieri was ice cold in front of goal and beat Tommasi to make it 1-0 to Inter. The goal seemed to ignite the Nerazzurri as they continued to push: in the 10th minute, Venturini went close to doubling the lead. Mosconi had another chance in the 17th minute with a brilliant bit of solo work, but his right-footed effort was saved by the goalkeeper and put out for a corner. Inter dominated and create a number of chances: Quieto tried his luck with a long range effort in the 26th, which went just wide, while Spinaccè shot a minute later but to no avail. In the 40th minute, Spinaccè tried his luck again with a shot from the edge of the box, forcing Tommasi to tip it over the bar. In the second half, Inter managed the lead and tried to hit on the break. In the 57th minute, Mosconi went close to doubling the lead with a shot from the edge of the box, but it went just over. Cremonese looked for an equaliser, but the Nerazzurri did well in their pressing. In the 81st minute, Zanchetta had a shot from long range: but Tommasi had no problems in dealing with it. In the latter stages, the home side pushed even more and went close to equalising in the 85th minute: Calligaris made a miraculous save on the line to deny Faye, securing the win for the Nerazzurri.
