The Blues are currently occupying second place in the Barclays Women’s Super League table. Emma Hayes’ side are only separated from league leaders Manchester United by goal difference.
Tottenham Hotspur head coach Rehanne Skinner continues to be without a number of players due to long-term injury. Kit Graham, Ria Percival, Kyah Simon, Ellie Brazil and Ramona Petzelberger are all still sidelined. Forward Beth England is again likely to start against her former club.
Chelsea manager Hayes will again be without the services of Danish international attacker Pernille Harder who continues to recover from surgery on a hamstring injury. The current condition of defender Ève Périsset and midfielder Kateřina Svitková is not known. Hayes is likely to make some changes to her starting XI with the likes of Magda Eriksson and Sophie Ingle potentially set to return after being named as substitutes for the Liverpool game last weekend.
The Barclays Women’s Super League fixture between Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea is scheduled to kick-off at 12.30pm on Sunday afternoon. Tickets remain on-sale and can be purchased by clicking here.
