The Los Angeles Gaalxy have looked the best they ever have this season as of late. Now, they hold a 3-2-1 record in their last six games.
Despite being at the bottom of the MLS Western Conference standings, the defending MLS champions are riding a three-game win streak at home. Last season, the LA Galaxy went unbeaten at Dignity Health Sports Park.
Carson, California is the scene for Wednesday night's game when Austin FC look to win against the Galaxy for a second time this season. Back in April, the Los Angeles Galaxy lost 1-0 on the road to Austin FC.
The LA Galaxy have lost to Real Salt Lake and the Vancouver Whitecaps earlier in the year. The defending champions found ways to get revenge by winning. They were victorious both times in shutouts.
Wednesday could mark the third team the Los Angeles Galaxy get back at another MLS Western Conference foe that they lost to already in 2025.
When these two teams last saw each other in late April, the LA Galaxy were still looking for their first win. Marco Reus has been on a tear lately. He has produced 11 goal contributions (four goals, seven assists) since May 14.
As always, this contest and the rest of the 11 remaining games for the LA Galaxy can be viewed on MLS Season Pass. It can also be streamed from Apple TV and Apple TV+.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. (PT) and 9:30 p.m. (CT). The LA Galaxy looks to remain undefeated at home since May 31. Diego Fagundez hopes to score a goal against his former team, Austin FC.
Their next game will be on Saturday as the six-time MLS Cup winners won't have to leave town. They have their rematch against LAFC, another MLS Western Conference adversary.
