Simone Inzaghi’s men need to put behind them the dual disappointments of the draw against Sampdoria and the midweek loss against Real Madrid.

Both were games where the Nerazzurri merited far more than the final result. If Inter are to mount a serious challenge on any of the competitions they’re taking part in, they must work on becoming more clinical in converting their chances.

Sinisa Mihaijlovic’s Bologna continue being stereotypically enigmatic; the Rossoblu have defied expectations both positively and negatively over the past few seasons.
