They have cast their eyes towards Belgium and Molenbeek defender Ilay Camara, who could be on the move this summer.

However, according to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, there are ‘currently no concrete discussions’ taking place between Camara and Preston.

The right-back is also the subject of interest from another Belgian side in the shape of Standard Liege.

Standard Liege made a new offer for Camara at the end of last week and the player is keen to go.

Camara, 21, still has another two years left to run on his contract at Molenbeek.

He made 28 appearances in the Belgian top flight last season and chipped in with seven assists and three goals.
