There have been a number of meetings to discuss the resumption of football and what course of action to take in regards to the remaining fixtures of the 2019/20 campaign.

The Independent report that the football authorities have been in discussion over the weekend, with games being played in front of no fans the likeliest scenario.

This plan would see clubs be based in quarantined locations away from their families, similar to conditions evident at an international tournament.
