Premier League conspiracy theories – They might be mad but does it mean no truth at all…?

I am very surprised that the media nor anyone else, hasn’t picked up the connection of the two Premier League clubs that have had points deducted and what is happening to these teams.

We have Nottingham Forest claiming bitterly about penalties at Goodison Park, which to their mind and many others, should have been given and then go further, by officially complaining to the powers that be.

“A disgrace” as Mikel Arteta would say, not to worry Forest, Arteta got away with it and so should you.

Now good old Everton make appeals, with their first appeal receiving a reduction from the original ten points down to six, earlier this season.

Whilst you could possibly say they are now getting a helping hand from decisions on the pitch and all involving one player, Oscar Winner Ashley Young, who has now been involved in four penalty claims against Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest.

A fine piece of acting at St James’ Park, I still feel that he backed into Paul Dummett and put his arm across him then ducked, which meant Dummett went over him.

It does feel that Everton have gained up to four extra points in just these two crucial late season games, from all these decisions going their way.

A mad conspiracy theorist might claim somebody somewhere looking after them and returning points they have lost for breaking the rules.

On a different matter, I read on Tuesday night that Newcastle United have been offered £2m as compensation by Man U for Dan Ashworth.

Surely a slap in the face for our gardening leave employee, with him now seeing just how much (little…) they value him.

Well Dan, time to get your bike out and get as far away from them as possible.

Then moving on again to what is still outstanding :

How did Mikel Arteta get away without any punishment?

How did Arsenal players get away with their misconduct?

Will football commentary and pundits get any worse?

Who will be relegated and who will qualify for Europe next season, after all the points penalties have been deducted?
