Premier League confirms controversial Boxing Day fixture changes

Liverpool will travel to face Leicester at the controversial time of 8pm on Boxing Day this year.

Amazon Prime will show Premier League football for the first time this December and all 10 fixtures from England’s top flight will be broadcast via the streaming platform on the 26th and 27th.

Boxing Day will feature four separate kick-off times – 12:30, 3pm, 5:30pm and 8pm – while Manchester City’s trip to Wolves has been moved to the 27th.
