The six Premier League clubs in question attempted to form a new European competition to replace the Champions League alongside six other European clubs in April.

Within two days, the proposal had collapsed with nine of the members backing out, including all representatives from the Premier League.

Only Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid currently remain in support of the plan.
