Crystal Palace 1-0 Newcastle United

Crystal Palace are in better form than Newcastle United and are higher in the Premier League table as well. However, with no Wilfried Zaha for the match, it is hard to see how the Eagles are going to score goals, while Callum Wilson is back for the Magpies.

Brighton and Hove Albion 0-2 Liverpool

Liverpool suffered a shock 2-0 defeat to Atalanta in the Champions League and have injury issues. However, with Jordan Henderson back in training and likely to be at least on the substitutes’ bench, the defending Premier League champions are likely to win against the Seagulls as they have the better squad.

Manchester City 3-0 Burnley

Burnley may have won against Crystal Palace last weekend, but there is no getting away from the fact that they are not a great side and are in danger of getting relegated. Manchester City should win with ease at the Etihad Stadium.

Everton 1-2 Leeds United

Leeds probably should have won against Arsenal at Elland Road last weekend, while Everton edged past Fulham 3-2 in London. The Toffees are not looking especially great defensively, and if Leeds are able to put away the chances they are creating, then Marcelo Bielsa’s side should come away from Liverpool with all three points.

West Bromwich Albion 2-2 Sheffield United

Both West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United are in big danger of going down, and both teams concede goals. This could turn out to be a highscoring game as neither side are able to defend well.

Southampton 1-2 Manchester United

Southampton are doing exceptionally well at the moment, and playing at home will give them an advantage against Manchester United. However, United have won their past three matches in all competitions and should be able to eke out a result.

Chelsea 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Both Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are playing well at the moment and are in the race for the Premier League title. It’s master against pupil, as Jose Mourinho locks horns with Frank Lampard. It should be a very intriguing game of football, and a draw could be the final result.

Arsenal 2-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Arsenal won against Molde in the Europa League on Thursday evening, but their form in the Premier League is disappointing. Wolverhampton Wanderers are rather inconsistent, and the Gunners should register a narrow win.

Leicester City 3-0 Fulham

Leicester City are doing well this season and are hoping to finish in the Champions League places. Fulham are playing better than they did in the opening weeks, but the London club are still conceding goals and are struggling for wins.

West Ham United 1-0 Aston Villa

West Ham United are looking very good at the moment, and so are Aston Villa. This is a hard game to call, and one suspects that individual errors could prove to be key. A home win is the most likely outcome.
