Another week, another round of Champions League games, and another set of changes to our Power Rankings.
Newcomers Porto are dominating Liga NOS and sit top on goal difference, still unbeaten 10 games in.
Just in case nobody was sure how strong they really are, theyâve been superb in the Champions League too and head into the final two matchdays with a great chance of qualifying ahead of AtlĂ©tico Madrid and Milan. Watch this space.
The Hammers arrive as David Moyes gears up for his 1000th game in management on Thursday!
Three wins in a row have West Ham up to fourth in the Premier League and they became the first team to beat Man City in the League Cup since 2016 with a penalty shootout win last week.
Plus theyâre entertaining to watch! Who could ask for more?
The last remaining unbeaten team in this Bundesliga season, Freiburg just canât stop picking up points.
Four wins in their last five league games (plus a draw against RB Leipzig) has left them sitting pretty in third, five points ahead of fourth-place Leverkusen, and they have by far the best defensive record in the league up to this point.
A draw in the league against Heracles came as a surprise at the weekend and Ajax canât afford to take their foot off the gas: PSV Eindhoven are just two points behind.
Still, they responded with yet another Champions League win, beating Dortmund 2-1 away from home, and remain ones to watch on all fronts.
A mixed week for Man City, who suffered a huge title race blow as they lost at home to Crystal Palace. Not what Pep Guardiola wouldâve wanted just days after that EFL Cup exit.
Club Brugge were on the end of the brutal response in the Champions League but City need to find more consistency if they are to keep up with Liverpool and Chelsea.
Milan have been brilliant in Serie A this season. They have not been brilliant in the Champions League.
Unbeaten domestically and well in the mix for the Serie A title, the Italian giants are winless in Europe and facing a group stage exit.
Napoli just keep on rolling in Serie A and have still conceded just three times in their 11 matches so far this season. They didnât even need Lorenzo Insigne or Victor Osimhen (a goal every 97 minutes in the league and Europe) to win at the weekend.
With things back on track in Europe as well after a slow start to the Europa League group stage, Napoli remain one of Europeâs teams to beat.
You werenât actually worried about Bayern, right? October started with a 2-1 defeat to Frankfurt and almost ended with another loss as the German champions fell 5-0 to Borussia Mönchengladbach in the DFB Pokal last week.
In between those games, though, they won three, conceding just once and scoring 13. And since that DFB Pokal exit? Two more wins and 10 more goals. Yeah, theyâre fine.
Liverpool looked unstoppable, blowing teams away, and Brighton looked to be the next team to suffer at JĂŒrgen Kloppâs hands. Then they fought back. Itâs rare to see Liverpool drop points but it was a real shock after they had gone 2-0 up.
Still, they took a point from the game and moved on to midweek, where they completely outplayed Atlético Madrid.
Thatâs right, we have new leaders! Back-to-back defeats to Man City and Juventus made us wonder just how good Chelsea are a few weeks ago. Both defeats were narrow but the Blues also didnât really convince as they responded with wins against Southampton and Brentford.
Theyâve convinced us now. Seven wins on the bounce, just two conceded, and they havenât even had Romelu Lukaku for their last four games. The Chelsea of late last season are back and better than ever.
