An epic weekend in Europe gave way to more shenanigans in the Champions League in midweek.
And now itâs time to update our list of the continentâs most in-form teams.
Sorry Tottenham fans, but your 4-1 defeat to Chelsea has seen you just squeezed out of the top 10. Itâs tough at the top.
Sundayâs 1-0 win over Fiorentina was the Bianconeriâs fourth consecutive victory and their sixth successive clean sheet, and it leaves them just two points behind leaders Inter in the Scudetto race.
Harry Kane has been a good signing hasnât he? Who saw that coming?
Having thrashed rivals Borussia Dortmund 4-0 in Saturdayâs Klassiker (with the help of Kaneâs third hat-trick for the club), Bayern then booked their spot in the Champions League last 16 for the 20th time with a 2-1 win over Galatasaray on Wednesday.
Kaneâs brace in that game puts him on 19 goals in 15 games for the Bundesliga record champions. Not bad eh?
PSV are looking like theyâre going to run away with the Eredivisie title this season.
A 6-0 win over Heracles at the weekend leaves them seven-points clear at the top of the table, while Luuk de Jongâs goal gave them a narrow 1-0 victory over Lens in the Champions League on Wednesday which puts them in a good position to qualify for the last 16, with games against Sevilla and Arsenal still to come.
A 4-2 win over Farense in the Taça da Liga was followed by a 3-2 victory over Estrela Amadora at the weekend which leaves Sporting three points ahead of Benfica at the top of the Portuguese Primeira Division.
The two Lisbon rivals meet at the EstĂĄdio da Luz this Sunday, and it should be a cracker.
A frustrating 0-0 draw in a local derby with Rayo Vallecano at the weekend sees Real Madrid drop three places in our rankings.
But it was back to business on Wednesday night for Los Blancos with a routine 3-0 win over Braga which saw the 14-time European champions qualify for the Champions League knockout stages.
When Nice entered our rankings last week, we wrote about how they have conceded just four goals in Ligue 1 this season, keeping seven clean sheets in their previous eight matches.
Sundayâs 2-0 victory over Rennes made it eight clean sheets from nine from Francesco Farioliâs side, and they remain top of the table, just ahead of PSG and Monaco.
Sundayâs 4-2 win over Osasuna leaves the Catalan club two points ahead of Real Madrid and four ahead of local rivals Barcelona. Whatâs more, they are the leagueâs top scorers with 29 goals in 12 games this term.
Amid a mad Premier League matchday full of VAR drama, late goals and surprise results, reigning champions Manchester City quietly moved into pole position at the top of the table following a 6-1 win over Bournemouth.
Pep Guardiolaâs side are now the top scorers in the league and also boast the best defence this season, and theyâre also through to the Champions League last 16 with two games to spare.
A 2-1 win away at Atalanta at the weekend meant Inter remained top of Serie A, while Wednesdayâs 1-0 win in Salzburg meant last yearâs finalists are through in the Champions League too.
Striker Lautaro MartĂnez is in red hot form, and the Nerazzurriâs trip to Juventus after the upcoming international break will be one to watch.
For the sixth week running, Xabi Alonsoâs immovable object remain top of our Power Rankings.
Die Werkself are yet to lose in any competition this season and the Bundesliga leaders could book their spot in the Europa League knockouts with a win over QarabaÄ on Thursday.
What a shame that we have to wait until February for them to host Bayern Munich at the BayArena.
