The return of European football and some big shocks over the last week have caused serious movement among our Power Rankings, with top spot finally changing hands.
Porto are currently top of the league and riding a 14-game unbeaten run, which includes 13 victories.
But it is their European exploits which earn them a spot here, having claimed the impressive scalp of Lazio in the Europa League last week. They aim to finish the job off tonight.
Napoli may have needed a late Victor Osimhen strike to rescue a point at Cagliari on Monday but given their title rivalsâ slips, that could prove a pivotal point.
Preceding that was a draw at Camp Nou against Barcelona, who they welcome to Italy on Thursday night chasing a win which could see them rise further here next week.
After appearing to be back to their best, the last week has witnessed a worrying return to the uninspiring form and lack of creativity which marred the first half of the season.
Juve toiled badly in a rare derby slip up against Torino (despite taking the lead at home) and again let an early lead slip in the Champions League, being pegged back by Villarreal in Spain.
We said here last week that things had to change quickly for Real Madrid and thankfully for Carlo Ancelotti, they did against Alavés.
The 3-0 weekend win at home was a much-needed return to form and combined with Sevillaâs draw at Espanyol, has now opened up a six-point lead at the top for the champions.
Itâs now seven league wins in a row for Ajax to maintain their five-point lead atop the Eredivisie.
And on their return to Champions League action, they continue to entertain as SĂ©bastien Hallerâs heroics continued in a thrilling 2-2 draw with Benfica in Lisbon. They are must-watch at the moment.
We just cannot work PSG out at all. An impressive win over Real Madrid last week was followed up by a meek loss at Nantes on Saturday night.
Goalkeeper Alban Lafont did have a display that was rewarded with a rare perfect 10 rating in LâEquipe but it was just the latest example of PSGâs frightening inconsistency this season.
After encountering some difficulties of late, Bayernâs weekend win over Greuther FĂŒrth was a much more reassuring return to business as usual.
They fell behind and there must have been concerns seeping in but Robert Lewandowski spearheaded the fightback, scoring twice in a 4-1 win that keeps Borussia Dortmund at a long armâs length.
Even with injuries and Romelu Lukakuâs disappearing act, the Blues are getting the job done.
A late win over Crystal Palace was followed up with a routine victory over Lille in the Champions League as Thomas Tuchelâs men march on in defence of their crown.
After a long run atop our rankings, the Premier League leaders have finally been knocked off their perch.
As their rivals go from strength to strength, City were handed their first league loss since Halloween when Harry Kaneâs heroics fired Tottenham to a dramatic late victory in Manchester.
It could only be them. Since last week, the Reds recovered from a shock losing position to Norwich to run out comfortable winners before putting six past Leeds at Anfield on Wednesday night.
Not just top here but very much in the Premier League title shake-up too. A juggernaut.
