Potential DFB-Pokal semi-final to be played on Tuesday, 2nd April | OneFootball

Whether or not the Foals will progress to the semi-finals of the DFB-Pokal will be decided on Tuesday, 12th March at 20:30 CET, when they visit 1. FC Saarbrücken in the quarter-finals of the competition. The game was postponed at short notice last week due to an unplayable pitch at the Ludwigsparkstadion.

If Gerardo Seoane’s team get past the third-tier side, they will visit 1. FC Kaiserslautern on Tuesday, 2nd April at 20:45 CEST. Should 1. FC Saarbrücken go through, the date and time will remain the same, but the 3. Liga club will instead be given home advantage. The draw for this round of the Pokal took place live at the ZDF-Sportstudio last Saturday. Borussia and Saarbrücken were both represented by a placeholder ticket.
