Liverpool got their Champions League campaign off in decent style on Wednesday night as they edged AC Milan 3-2 at Anfield on what was a hugely entertaining occasion.
The Reds certainly made it more difficult for themselves than they needed to, going in at half-time 2-1 down despite absolutely blitzing the Rossoneri for the first 20 minutes or so.

In the end, though, we turned it around and a pretty pleasing omen has been revealed as we go in search of glory this year:
ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
This relates to the 18/19 campaign, of course, where the Reds beat Spurs in the Champions League final in Madrid, making it number 6.
Who knows, perhaps 7 is on the way soon.
