Portugal can qualify for the last 16 with a victory having been Ghana 3-2 in their previous game.
Uruguay meanwhile are currently sitting on one point having drawn wit South Korea in their opening fixture.
Cristiano Ronaldo, fresh off the back of becoming the first man to score in five World Cups, keeps his place in attack for the Selecao.
The South American side meanwhile have dropped Luis Suarez with Edinson Cavani preferred in attack alongside Darwin Nunez.
