Saturday was a day of moving and shaking in the Football League.
A goal from Niall Ennis was enough for Plymouth Argyle to beat Burton Albion and seal promotion to the Championship for the first time since 2010.
And they will be joined in the second tier by Ipswich Town, who thumped Exeter 6-0 at Portman Road to clinch automatic promotion.
But they will be swapping places with Wigan Athletic, who could only manage a draw with Reading and have officially been relegated to League One.
The Latics will be facing Stevenage in the third tier next season after a 2-0 win over Grimsby earned them promotion to League One.
But it was not a good day for Hartlepool, who will be joining Rochdale in the National League next season after Crawley’s draw with Walsall officially sent them down.
