Chelsea have not been having much good news lately regarding their three out of contract players this summer.

Antonio Rudiger surprisingly looks like the most positive situation right now, but he could even still leave as a free agent this summer as things stand.

Less positive outlooks are now on both the club captain, Cesar Azpilicueta, and his defensive counterpart, Andreas Christensen, and it is the latter who seems almost destined to be leaving the club now.

The latest reports, via Barcelona insider Shay Lugassi and as confirmed by Chelsea insider, Nathan Gissing, Christensen does not see his future at Chelsea and is in talks with both Barcelona and Bayern Munich to join one of them as a free agent this summer.

Christensen has been out with Covid-19 recently but even before that he wasn’t really being selected much by Thomas Tuchel, which was really quite telling.
