Kobbie Mainoo's stunning strike for Manchester United against Wolves has won February's Premier League Goal of the Month.

And two pieces of Goal of the Month history were made with his individual brilliance, which resulted in him becoming the youngest player ever to win the award, while it is also the latest strike in a game ever to win it too.

Earlier today, the Premier League also announced Mikel Arteta as the winner of February's Manager of the Month.

The Arsenal boss oversaw a perfect run of games for his side to propel them back into title contention after a difficult winter, the only team to boast a 100% record for February.

It is the seventh time in his career Arteta has won the award, with only seven managers in league history winning it on more occasions.

In addition, Manchester United star Rasmus Højlund won the Premier League's Player of the Month award for February.

The 21-year-old was involved in a joint high six goals for the month and netted in all four of his appearances, extending his scoring streak and becoming the youngest player in league history to do so in six straight games.

However, his purple patch was cut short by an injury which has prevented him from appearing so far in March.

Højlund beat competition from João Gomes (Wolves), Pascal Groß (Brighton), Phil Foden (Manchester City), Rodrigo Muniz (Fulham), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) and Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) to the honour.
